His journey continued with Troop 19, culminating in the prestigious attainment of the Life rank in Boy Scouts. His unwavering commitment to the Scout Oath and Law led to membership in the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society, and an invitation to the Brownsea Leadership Training Program.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Theodore finds solace and exhilaration in nature through camping and travel. His passion for truck driving transcends work; it's a genuine calling.
