About Me

Known for his tenacity and warmth, Theodore Kristiniak, a hardworking CDL Class A Truck Driver from Sewell, NJ, is an individual whose life embodies a journey of overcoming obstacles. Born in Elkins Park, PA, he was raised in Penndel, PA, until he relocated to Sewell after marrying his beloved wife in November 2013.

Education and Early Life

His academic journey began at the St James Preschool, followed by his transition to the Neshaminy School District for the early part of elementary school. However, he needed tailored support for his learning disability, leading his parents to enroll him in the Bucks County Intermediate Unit's particular education program. He studied there until fifth grade, returning to Neshaminy School District, where he graduated in 1993, displaying his hardworking nature through every trial.

Always focused on acquiring practical skills, Theodore obtained a foundation in Carpentry/Masonry at Bucks County Technical School and later pursued Liberal Arts at Bucks County Community College. Overcoming limitations, he exemplified his belief in lifelong learning when he attended North Montco Technical Career Center in 2012 to obtain his CDL Class A license.

Early Involvements and Achievements

From a young age, Theodore displayed traits of active participation and leadership. He began playing soccer for the Hulmeville Soccer Club when he was five and joined Cub Scout Pack 19 in Langhorne, PA when he was eight. His dedication paid off when he won the Webelos Pinewood Derby, showcasing his natural talent and hard work.

He spent seven years with Troop 19 as a Boy Scout, climbing the ranks from Scout to Life. His compassion for others and commitment to the Scout Oath and Law led him to the prestigious Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. A testament to his commitment, he was chosen to attend the Brownsea Leadership Training Program, further honing his leadership skills.

Professional Journey

Starting his career as a carpenter helper, Theodore moved on to various jobs, each reflecting his hardworking nature. From a dock worker at a mailing company to a delivery and warehouse worker at Berrodin Auto Parts, he always exhibited remarkable resilience while yearning to learn and grow.

A significant part of his life revolved around the company Event Quip, where he started as a part-time worker installing and removing tents before going full-time in 2006. Even a roofing incident due to a car accident did not deter him from his path. His most recent professional appointments have been free-spirited and well-suited to his adventurous nature. As a CDL Driver at Xylem Pumps and later at Capital Building Supply, he comfortably combines his love of driving with his professional life.

Later, they expanded their family further, demonstrating their commitment to each other and their family.
